“Count on You” was a custom birthday song for Bill! I absolutely love how it turned out and I was beyond honored to hear that his two favorite artists are Bob Dylan and ME! So I tried to write a song that combined our two styles of writing.
“Love You More” was a commission for a wedding for an incredible couple Sara & Corey. I loved to hear about their story through their friends because this song was a surprise!! They are an inspiring couple and I’m honored I had the privilege of writing this for them.
This one was a commission for a very special “Laura Lee” – I had so much fun putting the lyrics of a poem her partner wrote for her to music. They are big Tom Waits fans so I really tried to harness that energy.
Songs for Video Games
I had the distinct pleasure of working with videogame composer Slide20XX on the Calico Soundtrack! We created the music for the main theme and videogame trailer, as well as the song below that features the vocals of the esteemed Emi Evans.
Commissioned song for this adorable video game “The Stars Between Us” – now available for Oculus GO. I had the pleasure of collaborating with video game composer Slide20XX for this project, taking the main musical theme of the video game and setting it to lyrics, then building other sections of the song around that main theme.
